1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BELFI65 ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the BELFI65 platform, including all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you expressly agree to: (a) these Terms of Service; (b) our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference; and (c) all applicable laws and regulations. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any modifications thereto.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a veterinary practice, clinic, hospital, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Qualifications

BELFI65 is designed exclusively for licensed veterinary professionals. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD), or equivalent credential holder in good standing in your jurisdiction of practice;
• You maintain all licenses, certifications, and credentials required to practice veterinary medicine in your jurisdiction;
• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• You will use the Service solely for legitimate veterinary clinical purposes;
• All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to verify your credentials and to suspend or terminate access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Nature of Service — Clinical Decision Support

3.1 Service Description

BELFI65 provides artificial intelligence-powered analysis of clinical data to assist licensed veterinary professionals in their diagnostic reasoning. The Service generates differential diagnoses, treatment protocol suggestions, evidence-based references, and educational materials based on the clinical information you input.

3.2 Limitations of AI-Generated Content

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are suggestions only: All diagnoses, differentials, treatment protocols, drug dosages, and recommendations generated by the Service are informational suggestions only and do not constitute veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
• No guarantee of accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can produce errors, omissions, or inappropriate recommendations;
• Output quality depends on input: The accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content is directly dependent on the completeness and accuracy of the clinical data you provide;
• Not a replacement for professional judgment: The Service is designed to augment, not replace, your professional veterinary judgment, training, and expertise.

4. Veterinarian Professional Responsibility

4.1 Duty to Independently Verify

YOU MUST INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY ALL INFORMATION, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE SERVICE BEFORE RELYING ON THEM FOR PATIENT CARE.

This includes, without limitation, all differential diagnoses, treatment protocols, drug selections, dosage calculations, contraindication assessments, and procedural recommendations.

4.2 Sole Responsibility for Patient Care

• You are the treating veterinarian: You, and not BELFI65, are the treating veterinarian responsible for all patient care decisions;
• Standard of care: You remain solely responsible for meeting the applicable standard of care in your jurisdiction;
• Final treatment decisions: All final decisions regarding diagnosis, treatment, medication, surgery, referral, or any other aspect of patient care are yours alone;
• Professional obligations: Your use of the Service does not diminish or delegate any of your professional, ethical, or legal obligations;
• Regulatory compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BELFI65, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BELFI65 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered through various subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

We own the Service; you own your clinical data. We are granted a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

10. Data and Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your clients for the collection and processing of patient information.
